The workshop consists in a guided discussion among some UPC judges about the most significant issues arising from the UPC case law.

The workshop is divided into two parts, one focused on substantive issues and another one focused on procedural issues.
Below some of the topics which will be covered, but some other could be added depending on the evolution of the case law of the UPC.

Given the limited number of 60 places, the event is open to everyone but priority will be given to the Alumni of the POLIMI European Patent Litigation Course. The faculty of the course has been invited to attend the event.
The deadline for the application is April 17th, 2025.
